PETER LACAZE
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Peter Lacaze was appointed Chief Executive Officer of The Jetset Travelworld Group in September 2010. He has more than 30 years management experience across the manufacturing, retail, healthcare and travel sectors. Mr Lacaze has previously held CEO roles at the Stella Travel Services, Transonic Travel, Concorde International Travel, Qantas Holidays and Jetset Travel & Technology. Mr Lacaze holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (UK), is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and is an Associate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia.

ELIZABETH GAINES
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Elizabeth Gaines was appointed Chief Financial Officer of The Jetset Travelworld Group in September 2010. Prior to joining The Jetset Travelworld Group, Ms Gaines was the Chief Financial Officer of the Stella Group, Chief Finance and Operations Director of UK-based Entertainment Rights Plc and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Heytesbury Pty Limited, a private company with interests in property, construction and agribusiness. Ms Gaines has held senior treasury and finance roles at Bankwest in Australia and Kleinwort Benson in the UK and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young. Ms Gaines is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Applied Finance degree.

ANDREA SLARK
GENERAL MANAGER, CORPORATE AFFAIRS

Andrea Slark was appointed General Manager of Corporate Affairs for The Jetset Travelworld Group in September 2010. Prior to this role, Ms Slark was the Chief Development Officer of The Jetset Travelworld Group, the General Manager Strategy Mergers and Acquisitions in Qantas where she was involved in a number of important strategic projects for the Qantas Group, including the investment in Vietnam-based Pacific Airlines. Ms Slark has extensive financial and investor relations experience and has assisted numerous companies in the preparation of management and statutory accounts. Prior to joining Qantas, she was Group Manager Corporate Development for Pacifica Group Limited and was previously an Associate Director of Deloitte Corporate Finance and Coopers & Lybrand Corporate Finance. Ms Slark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

STEPHANIE BELTON
GENERAL COUNSEL

Stephanie Belton was appointed General Counsel for The Jetset Travelworld Group in September 2010. Prior to this, Ms Belton was employed by Qantas Airways, initially as Group General Manager in the Freight division and latterly as Senior Legal Counsel, acting for The Jetset Travelworld Group. Prior to joining Qantas, Ms Belton was Senior Counsel and Director of Projects for the P&O Group in Sydney and London and a senior solicitor with Linklaters, Solicitors, in London. Ms Belton holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oxford.
 

SUE SYMMONS
COMPANY SECRETARY

Sue Symmons joined Jetset Travelworld Limited on 15 June 2011 as Company Secretary. Prior to joining Jetset, Ms Symmons was Company Secretary of ASX listed automotive retail and logistics company, Automotive Holdings Group Limited. Ms Symmons has also held the role of Company Secretary of ASX listed wine company, Evans & Tate Limited and Heytesbury Pty. Limited, a private company with interests in property, construction and agribusiness. Ms Symmons is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and corporate administration.
